Melissa Due has been in the housing industry since 1998. She started out in the title industry, and since 2012 has held positions as a licensed Escrow Officer, Marketing Representative, Sales Manager, and Mortgage Professional.

Melissa’s extensive background has given her experience working with many types of people and diverse circumstances. She can provide you with a wealth of information and loan options to choose from. She assists clients with their entire financial plan, not just their mortgage loan.

Cassandra Parr

Processor, LOA

Cassandra has been in the mortgage industry for over 18 years. As a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, and licensed Loan Officer, she is well versed with every facet of the loan process. That knowledge, coupled with a love for organization and efficiency, has led to her continued success. In her personal life, Cassandra loves spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, and cooking.

Alexis Ritchie

Alexis Ritchie is a dedicated and experienced Mortgage Processor and licensed Loan Officer who is committed to helping her clients achieve their homeownership dreams. She has been working in the mortgage industry for 11 years and has a deep understanding of the complex regulations and requirements that come with this field. Alexis is able to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy. In her free time, Alexis loves being a mom to her three kids, traveling, and building her Jordan shoe collection.
